All services are digital and non-tangible, and once initiated, they require time, expertise, and resources.
Refund Eligibility

If a payment is made but the service has not been started at all
If there is a technical or system error that prevents us from delivering the agreed service
If a duplicate payment is made by mistake
In such cases, the refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
Non-Refundable Situations

If the service has already been started, delivered, or partially completed
If the user changes their mind after work has begun

If delays occur due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client
If the service involves third-party platforms (such as ad platforms or app stores) where outcomes are outside our direct control
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation before the service begins
Once the service has started, cancellation may not be possible
Any approved cancellation before service initiation may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on processing costs
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
